Challenge
Create a new network for senior marketing professionals that feels curated and relevant — without becoming “just another business network.” The communication and identity needed to signal both commercial sharpness and a sense of community, while also making the complex and sometimes uncomfortable challenges faced by marketing and communications leaders feel easier to engage with.
Solution
The expression combines premium simplicity with conceptual playfulness: we developed a clear design positioning and a visual system built around hyper-saturated colour fields, graphic minimalism, and conceptual imagery with a smart twist that signals curiosity, fresh perspective, and elevated thinking. A visual language that captures complex marketing challenges — including the “elephants in the room” that senior marketers and communicators often need to address — in a single clear, memorable image, with a tone that is sharp, warm, and confident.
Core idea: Serious content, unexpected expression.
What it should communicate
• Curated & exclusive
• Business & impact
• New perspectives
Result
Marketing Minds received a distinct identity that stands out, feels exclusive, and makes the network easy to recognise over time. A flexible visual approach that works equally well across invitations, social formats, and presentation materials — setting the stage for conversations that truly matter. Launching in spring 2026.

The abstract symbol can be read as an M, as in Marketing Minds. The curved line also represents the journey taken together, where new knowledge and insights are gained — ultimately leading to a new, stronger position in one’s professional life.
